• Once your pair is ready and on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
If there are any meaningful updates during production—like a timeline shift or a small design refinement—we’ll email you so you’re never left guessing.
Timelines & delivery
• Typical pre‑order lead time: 8-12 weeks, depending on materials and production schedule.
• If your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, hold and ship together in one parcel。.
• Shipping fees, duties and taxes follow the same structure as our standard orders and will be shown at checkout.
Changes, cancellations & returns
We understand that life—and feet—can change.
• You may request a size change on a pre‑order while your pair is still in production, as long as the new size is available in that batch.
• If you need to cancel your pre‑order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though cancellations may not be possible once production is locked.
• Once delivered, pre‑order pairs follow our usual return or exchange policy (outlined on our Shipping & Returns page). Any conditions or timings will be clearly stated there.
