Processing time

Each pair of Sa77a sneakers is carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Delivery times  

We ship directly from our fulfillment centers in China/Hong Kong.  

  • Asia Pacific: 3–6 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days    

Note: delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking your order 

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your sneakers’ journey in real time.

Duties & taxes

Depending on your location, local customs may apply import duties or taxes at checkout or upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pair of Sa77as. If they’re not quite right, we make returns simple.

Return window  

You can return or exchange unworn sneakers within 14 days of delivery.

Condition 

To qualify for a return:  
- Sneakers must be clean, unworn, and in original condition.  
- Include the original box and packaging.  
- Returned items must have all tags and accessories intact.  

Exchanges 

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange your pair for the right fit (while stock lasts). If your preferred size is sold out, we’ll issue a full refund.

Return shipping 

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless there’s a product defect or error on our side  

Request a return 

To start a return or exchange:  
1. Email stepin@sahalifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We’ll provide a return address or prepaid shipping label.  
3. Pack your sneakers securely and drop them off with the indicated carrier.

Refund timeline  

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.  
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items  

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your pair immediately — hassle-free.
