Wholesale Terms
Minimum Opening Order
20 pairs. Preferential pricing tiers are available for orders of 40+ pairs. Styles may be mixed to meet the MOQ.
Regions
Currently open to partners across Asia, MENA, and Europe. Other regions are available upon request.
Lead Time
In-stock styles ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order capsule collections ship within 8–10 weeks.
Payment Terms
100% upfront payment is required for first orders. Other payment terms may be available for approved, established partners.
Shipping
Orders ship from our Hong Kong distribution hub. Shipping costs within Hong Kong and Mainland China are borne by the buyer. For international orders, shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment.
Quality & Returns
If any items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at stepin@sahalifestyle.com with the subject line “Wholesale – Order Support + Order Number”.
Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. Once assessed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate.
Please note that for now our wholesale policy does not include buy‑backs or returns of unsold merchandise.
