From Hong Kong’s harbourfront paths to the coastal streets of Xiamen, our Wellness Gang is already taking shape. Local crews like 77 Run Clan in Xiamen and emerging movement communities in Hong Kong are the first to lace up with us, turning everyday runs and walks into shared rituals of care and connection.

We see these groups not as “athletes only,” but as circles of people who move for their minds, their bodies and their cities. Some meet for sunrise jogs, some for evening walks, some for mindful miles between coffee shops and mountain trails — all are welcome, all paces, all stories.
